For English speaking clients

I also offer my services to English speaking clients. I focus mainly on sleep problems, depression, anxiety, and stress but you may contact me for other psychological complaints as well.

I have lived in Oxford for four years, where I worked at the University of Oxford conducting research and teaching students. I also worked as a therapist, counseling youngsters from deprived backgrounds. At the charity organisation I worked for, I furthermore developed and taught a cognitive behavioural therapy course to prospective therapists.

I can therefore state that I have reached a native speaker level in the English language and that I am able to practice therapeutic sessions in English. My therapy is mostly based on cognitive behavioural therapy principles, but I also use principles from mindfulness therapy and therapy that provides insight in underlying problems. I also practice IEMT (integral eye movement therapy), where we use eye movements to decrease negative feelings and bad memories.

Thus, if you are looking for an English speaking therapist: please contact me via the contact form on the website.
